Welcome to One Way Strength, our site is currently under construction and we'll be adding more products and services in the next few weeks. Whether you're new to strongman or an old pro, we'd love to help you reach your goals! We offer in-person and online training, programming, competitions, apparel, equipment, and more!
What We Offer
We offer private and group Strongman and strength coaching at our clubhouse in St. Anne, Illinois. We also host Strongman competitions, provide a variety of programming options, and sell apparel and equipment.
Who are these people?
About Us:
Tony Soucie has been involved in strongman for over 25 years in a number of ways including as a competitor, coach, contest promoter, and equipment maker. He's the head trainer and "Strongman Yoda" here at One Way Strength.
Robin Soucie has been involved in Strongman for around 5 years and creates the social media content for One Way Strength.
We have a facility in St. Anne, IL with (literally) tons of strength essentials and Strongman toys. Barbells, logs, Atlas stones, sandbags, and kegs. We've got it here and much more!
